30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

– Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

– Must be in original packaging

– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

– Items marked as “Final Sale”

– Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

– Gift cards

  2. We will provide instructions and a return address

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

 


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
